The location is great , but the hospitality the staff showed is amazing we really felt like home , the swimming pool and spa is amazing .. rooms are spacious and so relaxing , definitely coming back

All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Said and Levant went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They sign posted us to the most popular landmarks worth visiting, the best places to shop and advised us of the best method of transportation. They arranged a boat tour on the Bosphorus which was extremely enjoyable and well organised. The hotel is really well located near all major tourist sites such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia and is situated near the tram stop so is easily accessible. The breakfasts were really good offering a wide variety of of hot and cold food catering for my family's needs. Amiral Palace hotel is good value for money and I would highly recommend it for the staff alone! Its been a real pleasure staying here and we will definitely stay here again when we are next in Istanbul. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so enjoyable!

This place was amazing. I booked after reading the reviews. Cleanliness is the most important to me and I will give 100 out of 100 on cleanliness. I didn’t see a single spot on any of the windows, mirrors or the floor. It was always squeaky clean. The staff was amazing. Specially want to call out Levent, Said, Yusuf. Levent was super helpful, kind, always smiling.. I hope they never lose him. Said was great and so helpful. Sara, Erkut and Yusuf and all the staff at the breakfast were very helpful and OMG Zainab the chef… best breakfast in the world. I hope the quality doesn’t go down. I will defo stay here again. Well done team Amiral Hotel! Whoever the owner of the hotel is, hope they can maintain their staff and the quality. Thank u for your hospitality.

The hotel location was perfect, we had everything all around us. The hotel reception was good, willing to help out with our requests. Breakfast was a challenge to decide what to eat and omelette and eggs were freshly made upon request. The rooms were very clean and attend each day. But what really made our stay perfect was the facilities-spa , sauna, hot steam, swimming pool and of course the Hammam. Jay who is in charge of the massage and hammam is just GREAT!! Hands of God... We will definitely stay there again and it's worth every penny..

This has to be one of the most exceptional hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is excellent. You are 10 minutes walk from Sultanahmet Square, the Hagia Sophia, Mosaics museum, Basilica Cistern and the Blue Mosque and one of the main tram lines that gets you down to the waterfront ferries. The hotel is sparkling clean, modern and tastefully decorated. When entering your room, you will be instantly pleased with the size and decor. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom floors are heated. Hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The lower floor of the hotel has a Spa (but we did not visit it). The hotel also has a rooftop full service restaurant that has fantastic views of the Golden Horn and Marmara Sea. The breakfast served is buffet style and has a tremendous variety of food and the quality is exceptionally good. If you can't find something you like, then you shouldn't be visiting Istanbul.
