We came to Amiral having left a disappointing AirBnB in Taksim, so we were really in need of a place that would meet our expectations. The staff at Amiral are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was really comfy, and sheets/pillows/towels all very clean and fresh. The breakfast at Amiral is amazing. In fact, we only went out for breakfast once as we enjoyed it so much - a great selection of everything you’d expect from a Turkish breakfast, with great views. The location couldn’t be better - just a few mins walk to shops/cafes/Aya Sofia, but just off a quieter street so you’re not disturbed by noise late at night. We tried the pool once and would have used it again if we were staying longer. The spa and gym area looked great, and staff offered for us to use it after our checkout before our flight. Overall, just brilliant and I’d recommend to anyone.

This has to be one of the most exceptional hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is excellent. You are 10 minutes walk from Sultanahmet Square, the Hagia Sophia, Mosaics museum, Basilica Cistern and the Blue Mosque and one of the main tram lines that gets you down to the waterfront ferries. The hotel is sparkling clean, modern and tastefully decorated. When entering your room, you will be instantly pleased with the size and decor. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom floors are heated. Hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The lower floor of the hotel has a Spa (but we did not visit it). The hotel also has a rooftop full service restaurant that has fantastic views of the Golden Horn and Marmara Sea. The breakfast served is buffet style and has a tremendous variety of food and the quality is exceptionally good. If you can't find something you like, then you shouldn't be visiting Istanbul.

All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Said and Levant went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They sign posted us to the most popular landmarks worth visiting, the best places to shop and advised us of the best method of transportation. They arranged a boat tour on the Bosphorus which was extremely enjoyable and well organised. The hotel is really well located near all major tourist sites such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia and is situated near the tram stop so is easily accessible. The breakfasts were really good offering a wide variety of of hot and cold food catering for my family's needs. Amiral Palace hotel is good value for money and I would highly recommend it for the staff alone! Its been a real pleasure staying here and we will definitely stay here again when we are next in Istanbul. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so enjoyable!

This place was amazing. I booked after reading the reviews. Cleanliness is the most important to me and I will give 100 out of 100 on cleanliness. I didn’t see a single spot on any of the windows, mirrors or the floor. It was always squeaky clean. The staff was amazing. Specially want to call out Levent, Said, Yusuf. Levent was super helpful, kind, always smiling.. I hope they never lose him. Said was great and so helpful. Sara, Erkut and Yusuf and all the staff at the breakfast were very helpful and OMG Zainab the chef… best breakfast in the world. I hope the quality doesn’t go down. I will defo stay here again. Well done team Amiral Hotel! Whoever the owner of the hotel is, hope they can maintain their staff and the quality. Thank u for your hospitality.

The staff, from the cleaning lady to the reception, was very friendly. They treated us like special guests, very polite. The room was very clean, very beautiful bathroom, airconditioning was working perfect. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety. The view on the roofrop was magnificent, to have breakfast every day looking at the Bosporus. I would give this hotel 5 stars! My compliments to the excellent staff! Before I booked this hotel, I read a lot of reviews of 4 star hotels, this one was the only one with no bad reviews at all and it is the truth. Thanks to this hotel, my stay in Istanbul was excellent.
